sweet indulgence


So my favourite weekly indulgence is quickly becoming a treat from Choco Cocagne from the Boyce Market.  Based in a little community in Kent County, artisanal choclatier Ginette Ahier creates rich chocolate treats in both traditional (mint, caramel) and more exotic flavours (pink peppercorn).  She works with dark velvety chocolate (60 - 83% cocoa content) and without added sugar or preservatives.  My personal favourite is the sea salt, chocolate and caramel bar.   But how cute is a little mix and match box of chocolates with charming transferred designs?
